We booked a small tour group of 4 people with Vietnam Paradise Travel and we were apprehensive at first for not booking with a well known tour group but as soon as we arrived in Vietnam, our fears vanished. This company is an incredibly organised and professional travel agency and we would book with them again in a heartbeat. Nothing was too much to ask and since the tour was tailored to our needs, both the company, guides and drivers were happy to accommodate us if we wanted to change the planned itinerary. One of our local flights was cancelled due to bad weather, and the tour company were on the case and rearranged things in a very short period of time, even though it was after work hours. This would not have happened if we had booked in Australia, and we would have spent the night at the airport. Also all the tour guides are locals to the area visited, so they are very informative and know the best places to eat or shop. If you want the best tour company for a trip to Vietnam, choose Vietnam Paradise Travel.

I must let you know how delighted we all were with our trip with Paradise Travel in Vietnam last month. The Emotion Vietnam tour was everything I had hoped for. (I particularly loved Halong Bay, the North West area around Sapa, and the Mekong Delta – as I personally enjoy seeing the country areas and the people living there) Your staff was always there to meet us when we arrived at any destination, and they could not have been more helpful (especially our guides). We were happy with our accommodation and the food was excellent.

Vietnam Airlines were excellent. Thank you for arranging the internal flights for us. We started recommending you to tourists during the trip and will certainly do so in Australia. We thought the value was excellent.
